Property  Sales

From cosy timber cottages and spacious brick veneer homes, to mud brick houses and rural acreage, the diverse range of properties in Warrandyte, Warranwood and surrounds attracts buyers from across Melbourne, interstate and overseas.

When selling your home, the three most important elements in your campaign are; price, presentation and marketing. In a slower market, it becomes even more important to elicit a strong emotional response from potential buyers so they connect with your home.

One of the keys to a great marketing campaign is fantastic photographs. Put yourself in the position of potential buyers scanning hundreds of online and print property advertisements. Don’t make them work too hard to see the best features of your home.

Have you ever wondered what goes into making a good real estate photograph?

Great presentation is essential, but one of the secrets to fantastic property images is ‘multiple exposure’ photography.

Our eyes are some of the best lenses in the world; capable of adjusting to light and dark within a split second. Imagine standing in your living room, facing a window; your eyes will adjust and allow you to see both the room and the view simultaneously. Camera lenses aren’t as sophisticated. This is where multiple exposure photography comes in.

High end photographers, like ours, take multiple images of the same room, gradually changing the camera’s exposure settings (level of light coming in). This produces a range of images; in some you can see the room but the view is too white, while in others the room is dark but the views from the window are perfect.

At the photo editing stage, these images are blended together, allowing you to enjoy both the interior and outside views – just as if you were standing in the room yourself!
